Rumah Sawah stands alone in the middle of a working rice field, reached by a raised path between the terraces. The farmers who plant around it are the owner’s cousins; in March you will watch the harvest from your pool.
Inside it is one long room of teak and lime plaster, with glass doors that fold away entirely.
